The 1st Quarter Board Meeting was held 9 Jan 2024, at 6:30PM at 23540 Stablewood Circle.
The meeting was called to order at 6:43PM, with Mark Jenner, Davin Rieke, Terry Johnson, Bobby Lambert and Sarah Diodene representing Magnolia Mgt.
The SPOA Financials and the 2023 Annual meeting minutes were reviewed. The 2024 dues collection has begun and the response is solid. The 4 delinquent accounts were discussed and we are awaiting an update from the association attorneys (Balch & Bingham) who sent registered demand letters last quarter.
The board discussed current building projects, drive-thru reports and violations in the neighborhood. In addition, the SPOA maintenance agreements were reviewed with the expectations they’ll continue in the future. Those agreements include:
- Ashton Bond – landscaping and grass cutting
- Security Solutions – Entrance camera and network maintenance
- Bill Matkin – Irrigation and Sprinkler System
- Picture Perfect Pro Wash – Power washing of entrance
The 2024 board meetings were scheduled for 9 April, 16 July and 15 Oct. All meetings are planned to be hosted by Terry Johnson and schedule to begin at 6:30PM

- Mark Jenner – President
- Terry Johnson – Vice President
- Davin Rieke – Secretary
- Bobby Lambert – Treasurer
